SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. white sugar

TOPPING: Crumble together ingredients.

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream. Put half of batter in a greased and floured 9x9 inch pan.

Top with half of topping mixture. Add remaining batter and top with remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
