FRUIT PIZZA PIE 
1 (16 oz.) U-bake sugar cookie roll
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Variety of fresh or canned fruits
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water
5 tbsp. apricot or peach preserves

Slice sugar cookie dough into thin slices. Place slices, overlapping on a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes. Cook. Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar and spread over cookie. Add sliced fruit by rows. Warm lemon juice, water and preserves. Spread over fruit. Refrigerate.
