FRIED RICE 
4 c. long grain white rice, cooked (set aside)
1 c. bacon (crisp)
2 eggs, scrambled finely
1 c. peas and carrots (frozen), thaw in warm water
1/2 c. chopped green onions (optional)
Soy sauce to taste
1 c. sm. shrimp, diced chicken, or diced pork, cooked

Fry bacon until crisp; drain and set aside. Scramble eggs in bacon drippings. Add peas, carrots, and green onions to bacon. Add choice of meat. Mix all together with cooked rice and add soy sauce to preferred taste.
