EASY STRAWBERRY PIE 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. crushed strawberries
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Cool Whip

Combine cornstarch and water; blend until smooth. Add lemon juice, sugar, and crushed strawberries. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until mixture thickens. Cool. Add sliced strawberries, and pour into baked pie shell. Chill thoroughly. Spread with whipped topping. Garnish with strawberry halves.
