EASY STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 6 Oz. Package Strawberry Jell-O
6 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 20 oz. bag of frozen strawberries

Mix dry ingredients with whisk in a large Microwave-safe bowl. Slowly add water into dry ingredients while mixing well. Place in Microwave, stirring occasionally and bring to a boil.

Depending on your Microwave, it could take approximately 5 minutes (or until it boils and is thick).

As soon as it is thickened, immediately add the frozen strawberries. Pour mixture into a pre-baked pie shell. Put in refrigerator, will cool fast.

When cool, serve with whipped cream.
