GLAZED FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE AND
EASY RICH CRUST
 
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch salt
1 3/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box strawberry Jello
2 box whole strawberries

Mix together sugar, cornstarch, water and salt. Cook until clear, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and strawberry Jello. Cool until it begins to thicken. Fill baked pie shell with berries. Pour cornstarch-gelatin glaze over berries and place pie in refrigerator. Top each serving with whipped cream. Fresh peaches and orange Jello another idea! Also, raspberries with raspberry Jello!
