BEEF POT ROAST | |
4 to 5 lbs. beef chuck 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 med. sliced onion 4 to 6 carrots 2 tbsp. flour Place roast in large skillet. Brown on both sides with a little salt and pepper then Worcestershire sauce. Fill roasting pan half with water. Put in roast. Then put in vegetables and seasonings. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Make gravy with drippings and flour. Serves 12. |
