CRABMEAT PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Durkee french fried onions
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
6 oz. can crabmeat, drained and rinsed
1 pie crust

Combine first six ingredients and break up crabmeat. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour at 350 degrees, until set. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
