CRABMEAT QUICHE PIE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can crabmeat, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sliced scallions
9 inch pie crust (unbaked)

Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
