SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
3 green peppers
6 slices canned pineapple
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar

Make meatballs. Make batter by combining eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Put batter on meatballs and fry in oil. Save one teaspoon oil. Add 1/2 cup bouillon, green pepper and pineapple. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Mix rest of bouillon with other ingredients and add. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add meat. Cook 15 more minutes.
