1 box Rice Chex
1 box raisins
1 (1 lb.) can salted peanuts
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

Mix in large container the cereal, raisins and peanuts. In microwave, or double boiler, mix butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour over the cereal mixture. Blend well.

Empty the confectioners' sugar into large plastic bag (tall kitchen waste can type). Dump entire mixture into bag. Shake well. Mixture will absorb all the sugar. Store in airtight containers.
