SLOW COOKER TACO CHICKEN 
3 lbs. boneless skinless fryer breasts
2 cans Rotel
3 envelopes of fajita, seasoning
1 envelope taco seasoning

Place chicken breast. In crockpot and mix remaining ingredients together pour over chicken, cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4-6 hours. When you are ready to use, mash using a potato masher in crock to finish chicken. Serve with regular taco fixings.
