CHOP SUEY 
Gravy
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bouillon cube, crushed (beef)

MEAT MIX:

1 lb. ground beef
4 onions, chopped
1 garlic, crushed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Chinese vegetables, Cantonese style (thawed)
2 c. cooked rice

Combine all ingredients for gravy; set aside. In 12" skillet brown meat, add onions and garlic, saute 5 minutes. Discard drippings, add gravy mixture to skillet, cook until thick, turning and coating all pieces. Add vegetables. Cook until heated through. Serve with rice. 4 servings.
