4 eggs
1 box brown sugar
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cooking oil

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans

Mix together, pour in a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
