GLORIFIED BEEF AND POTATO HASH 
1 lg. onion
4 tbsp. salad oil
4 c. raw potatoes
4 c. cooked beef
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. hot water
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cold water
Salt and pepper

Cube beef and potatoes. Chop onion fine and cook in a 10 inch skillet with salad oil until golden brown. Add potatoes, meat, salt and pepper to taste, Worcestershire sauce and water. Cover; cook until potatoes are tender. Thicken gravy with flour mixed to smooth paste in cold water. Heat thoroughly. Serves 6.
