FRENCH CANADIAN MEAT PIE 
1-1/2 lb. ground pork
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. sage

In large pot put ground beef and all of the above ingredients; add approximately 1 c. water and cook on medium heat for about 1 hour stirring frequently.

Put mixture in pie shell and cover with other crust and bake at 350°F until golden brown about 45 minutes.
