CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP 
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk

Simmer tomatoes with onion, salt, pepper, 10 minutes. Set aside. In another pan melt butter, stir in flour. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Slowly stir in hot tomatoes. 3 to 4 servings.
