CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash garlic salt, basil, oregano & thyme
2 tsp. tomato juice
2 c. cold milk

Saute butter and chopped onion. Blend in flour, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic salt, basil, oregano and thyme. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in tomato juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir cold milk into tomato mixture. Heat almost to boiling and serve. Serves 3-4.
