GOOD EGG DISH 
8 slices white bread, buttered on both sides
1 lb. bacon (ham or sausage)
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Onions, green pepper (diced)
1 c. milk
1 doz. eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Line 9 x 13 inch pan with slices of buttered bread. Sprinkle top with meat and cheese. Beat milk and eggs. Add onions and green pepper. Pour on top of bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour.
