PIZZA HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian bulk sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic
2 cans (16 oz.) tomato sauce (I use quart canned tomatoes)
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (any brand)
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. pkg. cooked egg noodles
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 - 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and Italian sausage. Push aside in pan, saute onion and garlic in meat grease. Drain grease.

Mix tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, water, oregano and Italian seasoning. Add to hot meat mixture and simmer 20 minutes.

Put 1/2 of sauce in baking dish. Add noodles and push down in sauce. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on noodles. Add remaining sauce on Cheddar cheese. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake with cover first 20 minutes.

Can substitute spaghetti noodles in place of egg noodles.
