PIZZA HOT DISH 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Bob Evans Italian sausage
1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
12 oz. tomato paste (or 12 oz. pizza sauce)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. Kluski noodles
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese for top

Cook noodles and drain. Cook or brown your Italian sausage and Polish sausage. Add all ingredients except cheese and noodles. (Makes enough for 2 pie dishes.)

1 layer of noodles - 1 layer of sauce - 1 layer of Mozzarella cheese - 1 layer of noodles and sauce and cover with Parmesan cheese. (May use some Mozzarella, too, then Parmesan.)

If a microwave oven - 5 minutes or enough heat and melt cheese. Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less. May freeze.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
