HOT CHUCK - PIZZA - BURGERS 
12 sandwich buns
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tsp. sugar
1 can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (soup size)
1 can tomato paste (small)
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
Oregano
Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle 2 teaspoons sugar over the meat, add onion and green pepper and brown. Set aside until cool. Combine spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and Mozzarella cheese. Add to cooled meat. Place on 24 hamburger bun halves. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese and bake 500 degrees for 5 minutes or until buns are brown.
