DELISH FISH DISH 
1 1/2 c. hot chicken bouillon
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed & drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. unbreaded fish fillets, thawed if frozen
Paprika, optional
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In an 8 x 12 inch baking dish combine hot bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings.

3. Bake, covered, for 10 minutes.

4. Top with broccoli 1/2 can French fried onions and Parmesan cheese. Place fish fillets diagonally down center of dish; sprinkle fish lightly with paprika if desired.

5. Bake covered for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

6. Loosen rice gently with fork. Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions; bake uncovered, for 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
