VELMA BUCKINGHAM'S EGG NOODLE
AND TUNA HOT DISH
 
Cook and drain 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles. Cook and drain 1 cup celery. Cook 1 large onion, depending on taste.

Onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1/2 cup milk
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can of tuna
1 can cream of celery soup

Blend cheese, soups, milk and tuna over a low heat. Add 1 can of drained peas. Add onion and celery. Blend in noodles. Place in casserole. Cover with crumbled potato chips. Bake at 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. This is a large casserole, but very good!
