1 box Betty Crocker hash browns with onions
18 or more eggs (don't skimp)
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. whipping cream
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. patty sausage
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. parsley

Grease well a 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown and drain sausage. Layer ingredients in greased pan as follows: Potatoes, half the cheese, eggs, seasonings, parsley, and sausage. Pour cream over and top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
