BREAKFAST EGG HOT DISH 
12 slices bread
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. diced ham
Broccoli (optional)
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

In a 13 x 9 inch pan layer 6 slices bread, 1/2 the ham and 1/2 the cheese. Beat the eggs, milk, onion, salt and dry mustard together. Pour egg mixture over bread layer. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
