CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
6 med. potatoes
Milk
4 oz. whipped, cream cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. finely chopped green onion
1 tbsp. finely snipped parsley
1 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with milk. Add remaining ingredients (except butter and paprika). Blend well. Transfer to a well-greased 1 quart baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
