DIANE'S BUFFALO WINGS | |
Best ever! The meat will be falling off bones when they are done... 1 (5 lb.) bag chicken wings or drumettes, thawed (about 25 wings) 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (no substitutes!) 1 (16 oz.) bottle buffalo wing sauce (I use Moore's original) 1/2 cup honey garlic powder, to taste pepper, to taste Prep wings if desired - cut wings at joints and discard tips. Brown chicken on hot grill - don't cook thoroughly. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper while on grill. In saucepan, melt butter, wing sauce and honey. Put browned wings in casserole dish and cover with sauce. Bake in slow oven at 275°F for 3 to 4 hours. Submitted by: Diane Carini |
