EASY, QUICK CLAM DIP 
So easy, such a hit!

4 cans chopped clams
1 small can of white clam sauce
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
garlic powder
onion powder
bread crumbs

Drain the chopped clams, save the juice. Crush the crackers in a bowl. Add the chopped clams and whole can of white clam sauce. Add garlic powder and onion powder and fresh chopped garlic if you choose. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and remaining clam juice until texture is thick but not dry.

Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes. Serve hot or warm with crackers, garnish with lemon wedge.
