CLAM ONION DIP 
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Mrs. Grass onion dip mix
3 tbsp. Realemon lemon juice concentrate
2-3 tsp. prepared horseradish

In medium bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Chill. Stir before serving. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
