CLAM DIP 
1 (6.5 oz.) can minced or chopped clams
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Drain clams and place them in the mixing bowl. Add Italian dressing, sour cream, prepared horseradish and black pepper. Mix ingredients well. Place in refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with potato chips or crackers. For variation you can substitute crab meat or lobster meat for the clams to make a tasty seafood dip!
