CHOP SUEY HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown ground beef, celery, onion and water chestnuts in fry pan. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with Chinese noodles and bake 15 minutes more.
