FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 c. macaroon coconut, very fine
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in small mixing bowl and mix with wooden spoon, but do not beat. Now add 3/4 cup warm water. Mix well and pour into 9 unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
