NEVERFAIL FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 can. coconut
1 raw pie shell

Cream sugar with flour and butter. Add eggs, buttermilk and coconut. Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees until done. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
