SQUASH ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 med. squash
3 med. zucchini
1/2 med. onion, ringed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. sour cream
Grated sharp cheese
Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 stick butter or 1/2 c. butter

Blanch squash, zucchini, and onion. Steam vegetables and put in 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Mix sour cream with cream of chicken soup. Spread over vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Heat butter, add stuffing when melted. Sprinkle stuffing over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
