1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs (I used (2) slices oat bran n' honey)
1/3 c. Heinz tomato ketchup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Heinz tomato ketchup
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple

Combine first 7 ingredients. Form into a loaf (8 x 4 x 1 1/2 inch) in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven, 40 minutes. Combine the 1/4 cup ketchup with pineapple; spoon over loaf. Bake 30 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
