CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 c. finely diced celery
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, minced
1 lb. fresh crab meat OR
2 (6 1/2 oz. cans
1/2 tsp. salt
Sprinkling of black pepper
Sprinkling of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. white sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine celery, green pepper, onion, and crab in a bowl. Combine salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise and mix well.

Pour mixture over crab mixture. Sprinkle combined crumbs and cheese over top and dot with butter cut in small bits. Place in 375 degree oven and bake about 30 minutes until brown on top. Serves 8.
