FRUIT MUESLI 
2 med. Golden Delicious apples
1 c. pitted prunes
1 3/4 c. water
2 c. reg. rolled oats
2 tbsp. each - honey & lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Core apples and cut into chunks. In blender or food processor, whirl apples, prunes and water until fruit is finely chopped. Pour into bowl; stir in oats, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or up to 1 week.

To serve, spoon meusli into bowls and add milk. Top with chopped nuts or sliced fruit, if desired.
