2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/2 c. cold water 1/3 c. Italian dressing 3 carrots, shredded 2 med. tomatoes, chopped 1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Roll or pat dough into 12 inch circle on ungreased cookie sheet; pinch edge of circle, forming 1/2 inch rim. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over dough. Bake until crust is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. High Altitude Directions: (3500 to 6500 ft.) : Use boiling water to make dough. |
