EGG CASSEROLE 
16 slices white bread without crusts
8 slices ham or Canadian bacon
8 slices cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. green pepper, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. milk
1 stick butter

Line casserole with 8 slices of bread. Top bread with ham or bacon, cheese and remaining 8 slices of bread. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Pour over all bread slices and let sit overnight. Before baking melt butter and pour on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
