TIGER CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of cream of tartar
Dash of salt
6 qt. popped popcorn

Mix in a heavy saucepan, the brown sugar, corn syrup and butter. Bring to a boil, boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add the baking soda, cream of tartar and dash of salt. Immediately pour over the popped popcorn. Stir thoroughly; put in large well greased roaster and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Separate grains.
