TIGER SALAD 
1 head shredded lettuce
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. minced fresh onion
10 oz. frozen green peas, thaw first
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese

Layer ingredients in order. Top with mayonnaise (be sure to completely top the ingredients with mayonnaise - it acts as a sealer). Sprinkle sugar on mayonnaise and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Crumbled bacon and hard boiled eggs may be added to ingredients. Cover with Saran Wrap and chill in refrigerator at least 12 hours or overnight.
