KAHLUA CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. mace

Sift above ingredients. Mix:

1/2 c. softened butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Blend in flour mixture alternately with:

3/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. Kahlua

FILLING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace

Mix above ingredients.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. soft butter
3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. Kahlua

Beat topping ingredients.

Pour into greased and floured tube pan alternating layer of batter with layer of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Invert onto cooling rack; spread topping while cake is still warm.
