LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger, browned & drained
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles (about 12), cooked, cooled, drained & dried
2-3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese combined with 3 eggs
Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine meat and spaghetti sauce. Start layering in 9 x 13 inch pan as follows: 1/3 of meat sauce in bottom of pan; layer of noodles; layer 1/3 mozzarella cheese; layer cottage cheese mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; layer with noodles, layer with hamburger (1/3); layer mozzarella cheese; layer noodles; layer remaining hamburger.

Bake covered 1 hour at 350 degrees. Put last of mozzarella cheese during last 10 minutes of baking. Take it out 10 minutes before serving to let it set. This is a great one to put together and freeze before baking. Bake it frozen from the freezer for a last minute supper. I make it in two 9 inch square pans. Bake one and freeze the other. To make it low - fat, use turkey burger and low fat cottage cheese and low fat mozzarella cheese.
