EASY "DELICIOUS & NUTRITIOUS"
LOW-FAT LASAGNA
 
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 jar Prego mushroom sauce
1 container low-fat Ricotta cheese
1 egg (optional)
1 pkg. Alpine Lace Fat-Free Cheese
1 zucchini

In glass pan, pour small amount of sauce. Layer cooked noodles, beat egg into Ricotta cheese and spread layer of Ricotta, zucchini, cheese, sauce and noodles; repeat. Put sauce on top. Cover with aluminum foil for conventional oven; glass top or plastic wrap for microwave. Cooking time: Microwave 20-30 minutes, turning once. Oven: 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
