LOW FAT LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. ground turkey sausage
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 lb. low fat or non fat cottage cheese
1 lb. low fat Mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano
2 eggs
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
2 jars spaghetti sauce (32 oz. each)

Brown meat; drain fat. Pour 3/4 of one jar spaghetti sauce into bottom of pan. Place 1/2 box of lasagna noodles on sauce, overlapping edges. Layer meat over noodles.

Mix cottage cheese, 3/4 pound Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano, 2 eggs, basil, oregano and parsley in medium bowl. Spread over meat.

Layer remaining noodles on top of cheese mix, overlapping edges. Pour remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake covered, 350 degrees, 30-40 minutes.
