CRESCIA BREAD 
7 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. Crisco shortening
3 yeast cakes or packages
1/2 can evaporated milk
About 1/4 c. regular milk
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/2 lb. each provolone, Swiss, grated
Flour, enough to form stiff dough

In large bowl scramble eggs and add salt and pepper. In sauce pan melt butter with Crisco; add evaporated milk and regular milk. When warm remove from stove and add yeast. Stir until yeast is dissolved then add to scrambled eggs; mix well. Cut all cheeses into small cubes and add to above mixture; mix well. Add flour gradually to form a stiff dough. Knead until smooth. Raise once; should double in size. Grease 3 (9 x 5 x 3 inch) loaf pans. Divide into 3 portions and place in pans. Warm oven to 400 to 500 degrees. Bake 350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 3 loaves of cheese bread.
