FIRST LAYER:

1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

Combine these ingredients and spread into 9 x 13 inch pan.

SECOND LAYER:

1 1/2 c. pecans

Press on top of first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix together until smooth. Spread on top of pecan layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
