ROY'S PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 lg. egg

Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Add shortening and blend with fork until ingredients are moistened and crumbly. Mix water, egg and vinegar. Combine with flour mixture and stir until mixed. Divide dough into five portions, five single crusts, wrap in wax paper and freeze.
