PEACH COBBLER 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 (No. 2) can sliced peaches

Place butter in Pyrex baking dish and place in oven to melt. Combine flour, sugar and milk and beat to batter. Pour pastry on melted butter. Do not stir. Place peaches and juice evenly on top of pastry. Bake all at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pastry rises to top. Do not stir.
